Benefits of Intermittent23

There are many, many benefits of Intermittent23 that people should be aware of. I want it to be clear, however, before I outline these benefits that this diet is not for everyone. Here are some of the many values of this diet:

  • Helps a person feel fit all the time without having to exercise rigorously or regularly. That said, I do tend to exercise once or twice a week. I love running a treadmill, for instance. It always makes me feel a bit more at peace when I exercise.
  • Teaches a person about the importance of being disciplined. There are so many things great rewards in life that come from discipline. Virtually all of the ways of growing one's intellect, for instance, are processes that require discipline. A simple example is reading.
  • Inspires a person to care even more about the person's food. One can imagine that if a person were only eating supper, that person would put a lot more thought and care into what the meal consisted of. There is virtually no mindless eating when it comes to intermittent fasting. 
  • Inspires healthier food choices. Since a person is only eating once a day, that person is more aware of the need to eat nutritious meals. Anyone using this diet, for instance, would probably not want to eat too many sugars or too many processed foods. 
  • Adds time back to a person's day. Individuals who have the ability to fast, do not have to worry too much about exercising rigorously. That time spent exercising could be used for other pursuits in life. The diet itself adds time to this person's day.   
  • A person looks more fit and professional virtually all the time. The individual is not consuming needless calories and so always looks fit. The person who follows this diet is usually not someone who is overweight.
