How I Hope This Blog Helps Others


Anyone who feels a bit powerless by their diets and exercise routines should follow my blog. I want to help everyone by giving them strategies that they can readily rely on to be a better, more confident version of themselves. It is not solely about intermittent fasting. What it is about is something reachable for everyone. What is reachable is the idea that everyone benefits when they add discipline to their lives. The word discipline is the most important word in Intermittent23. It is not about the twenty-three hours one refrains from eating. It is also not about the hour when one spends eating more strategically. It is about appreciating how discipline can positively influence the mind, body, and soul. One realizes that, the more one practices discipline, the more reachable are such goals in life as earning higher grades, earning higher wages, earning better professions. Because what discipline does is encourage a mind conditioned to endure hardships, moments of discomfort, moments of toil. In short, discipline encourages people to work harder. It is easier to relax, easier to seek entertainment, easier to react than to plan. In the model of Intermittent23, one realizes and appreciates the moments spent working harder. The moments of hard work become the real moments to live and grow. Yes, there are certainly moments in life where people should shutoff. There are many moments in a person's day, regardless of whether or not they are fasting or eating, where joy has a way of filling the heart. What is most remarkable about this diet, however, is that joy is felt even more frequently because one realizes he or she is on a path towards success. Success is not an outcome, but a journey.
